The Delvaulx family
About us
It all started when Pierre Delvaulx came to the Coast in 1971: he fell in love with this little corner, because at that time it was a well hidden little corner on the outskirts of Marbella. And, little by little, the La Virginia restaurant became known to a wide sector of Marbella tourists and, of course, among the natives…. After a few years, Alfonso, Pierre’s eldest son, has followed the same path and after training in Madrid and in a stage in Comme chez Soi in Brussels and, of course, long years with his father, now he is in charge of the restaurant. He has inherited the same taste for cooking, quality raw materials. the same care put into each plate, and the cozy atmosphere that exudes from this place.
